Using a promotional code is easy:

Purchasing on BiCosmetics is intuitive and easy.
Here’s how to do it:

- If you want to continue shopping, repeat the first two steps. Otherwise, go to the cart by clicking on the respective icon.
- Review the products in your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete the purchase.
- Complete the shipping and payment information.
- Review and confirm your order.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are super flexible! You can pay with all major debit and credit cards, as well as methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and many more.
Can I modify or cancel an order that has already been made?
We’re sorry, once the order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be canceled. We suggest using your right of withdrawal once you have received the order at home. All the information on how to do it is in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Can I return a product?
Certainly. You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request a product return. In particular, returns must be packaged and shipped within that timeframe. Proceed with your request by sending a ticket here orcontact our customer service at support@bicosmetics.it, providing the order number, the name of the item, and all photos of the package, including the inner and outer box, courier’s envelope, packaging, and product photos. You will be provided with all the necessary instructions.
The return shipping costs are at your expense.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns will not be accepted if the packaging of cosmetic products has been opened or if there are signs of tampering. We are confident that you understand how important it is to avoid any form of contamination, and by opening the product, this risk becomes a certainty.
BiCosmetics also reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the above conditions and returns that are not shipped within the established time period.
Do you offer refunds in case of allergic reactions to products?
We’re very sorry, but we cannot offer refunds if you have allegedly had an allergic reaction potentially attributable to one of our products, nor are we liable in any form under current legislation. We strictly follow the Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which established harmonized rules at the European level for the production, distribution, assessment, and control of any adverse effects related to cosmetics. Furthermore, we ensure the traceability of a cosmetic product throughout the entire supply chain to the consumer. Indeed, in full effect since July 11, 2013, it ensures that cosmetic products on the market are safe for human health under proper conditions of use.
As a result, we list all the ingredients on the product page, so you can check if there’s anything that might not be suitable for you. We strongly recommend taking a look before making a purchase!
